This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.243/2015, registered at Police Station Somni, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 186, 353/34 of IPC & Section 34(2) of Excise Act. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial as two prosecution witnesses have already been examined.
