1. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be in respect of apprehension of restricting the maximum number of ration cards to the petitionerSociety to 500.

2. As of now there does not seem any order passed by the State Government asking the petitioner Society to keep only 500 ration cards or to surrender those ration cards beyond 500 nor the State Govt has taken any coercive steps in this regard.

3. Therefore, the petition at this juncture stands disposed off reserving his right to approach the Court if at all if the petitioner intends, as and when any adverse action is taken against the petitioner.
