After arguing for sometime, Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition and also prays for issuance of a direction to the Family Court, Durg for early disposal of the case pending for the custody of minor child. With the aforesaid liberty, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case, any matter is pending before the Family Court, Durg filed by the petitioner against respondent No.1 - Pradeep Dewangan for custody of minor child then, it is directed that the same may be decided by the said Court at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date the normal functioning of the Courts are started.
