The Applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.292/2020 registered at Police Station Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC.

Shri Sharma seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat the same as and when occasion arises.
