Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial within a period of three months.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within a period of three months from the receipt of copy of this order.

In case, the case is not concluded within three months, this applicant shall be at liberty to move this Court again with prayer for grant of bail.
