1. This appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act, 1996'), arises out of the interim order passed by the District Judge, Raipur on 07-04-2015 in Arbitration Case No.21-A/2015.

2. It is common ground that after passing of the impugned order dated 07-04-2015, the District Judge has finally disposed of the application under Section 9 of the Act, 1996 preferred by respondent No.1.

3. In view of the foregoing, the main proceeding having been disposed of, the interim order has merged in the final order and the present appeal challenging the interim order has been rendered infructuous.
