Mr. Anchal Kumar Matre, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he submits that a direction be issued to the Court below concerned to consider and decide the application for grant of bail under Section 439 CrPC, if filed by applicant after his surrender, on same day.

Learned State counsel submits that she is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. 3.
