Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file appropriate application before the Arbitrator under Section 3(G)(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956. 2.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.
If such an application is filed by the petitioners then the learned Arbitrator shall do well to consider and decide the said application expeditiously after hearing the affected parties. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed with above stated observation. No order as to cost(s).
