Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that appeal was instituted on 15.6.2015 with a monetary involvement of approximately 18 Lacs only. A subsequent Circular No. 21/2015, dated 10.12.2015 provides that no appeal was to be preferred upto a monetary limit of 20 Lacs. The circular has been given retrospective effect at paragraph 10. Leave may be granted to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the Circular dated 10.12.2015, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
