This petition has been brought seeking modification in the order dated 19.06.2020 passed in CRMP No. 828/2020. 2.

It is submitted that CRR No. 704/2019 filed by this petitioner, was allowed vide order dated 16.12.2019 and the complaint case filed by him was restored. CRMP No. 828/2020 was filed praying for clarification in the order and also requesting for a date to be given for appearance before the trial court. The date of 15th July, 2020 was given vide order dated 19.06.2020 for giving appearance before the trial court.

The petitioner then approached the concerned court on 15th July, 2020, but found that the court was not sitting on that date,

therefore, his appearance could not recorded by the court. Hence, it is prayed that a fresh date may be given for giving appearance before the concerned trial court.

After considering on the submissions, the prayer for modification is allowed. In continuation of the order dated 19.06.2020 passed in CRMP No. 828/2020, it is ordered that the petitioner shall have to give appearance before the trial court on 4th November, 2020. The petitioner is at liberty to file advance application regarding his appearance before the concerned trial court. 5.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of at motion stage itself.
