Agrawal Order On Board /07/201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 133/2015 registered at Police Station Bhatapara (City), District - Baloda Bazar (Bhatapara) (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 14.09.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4580 of 2015.

(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
