Pusty, Counsel for the Respondents No. 4(A) to 4(E). Firstly, the writ petition was dismissed on 05.02.2015 for want prosecution and thereafter it was restored on 23.09.2016. Again on 03.05.2017 the writ petition was dismissed for default of appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the instant application being MCC No. 586 of 2017 for restoration of the said writ petition has been filed.

On due consideration, the application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number with no interim order. The petitioner is at liberty to move fresh application for grant of stay in the writ petition.
