1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.94/2020 registered in Police Station Saraipali, District Mahasamund for offence under Section 341 and 394/34 of the IPC.
2. The applicant and two other accused one of whom is juvenile have restrained the victim and looted his mobile phone, Rs.5,000/- cash and motorcycle at about 1 pm on 21.3.2020.
3. The applicant is in jail since 22.3.2020. Charge sheet has already been filed and the offences are triable by the JMFC.
4. Considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, particularly considering the length of pre-trial detention, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.
5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
