Shri Suresh Verma, learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the Final report, offences under Sections 307, 323, 506B, 34 of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act have been mentioned but inadvertently, in bail application, offence under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act is not mentioned. Hence, he prays that he may be permitted to make necessary correction in bail application during the course of the day.
Shri Vinod Tekam, learned State counsel does not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants. In view of above, prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants is allowed and he is permitted to make necessary corrections in bail application of mentioning Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act during the course of the day.
