Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents/Contemnors submits that the order of the Court has been complied with and he places on record a photo copy of the order dated 13.07.2016 issued by the Assistant Commissioner, (Excise), Korba, alongwith a copy of the bank draft dated 12.07.2016 showing that an amount of Rs. 24,00,591/- has been paid to the Petitioner. 2.
In view of the above, the contempt notice issued to the Respondents/ Contemnors is discharged.
