1. We have heard Counsel for the Petitioner and State.
2. The Writ Petition styled as habeas corpus is misconceived. However, to prevent multiplicity of litigation unnecessarily we dispose this Petition with the observation that the Trial Court has adequately observed that the conviction under Sections 450 and 376/511 of IPC is to run concurrently. The question of any interpretation of the conviction whether it is consecutive or concurrent does not arise.
3. The Petition stands disposed.
