1. The challenge in the present writ petition was to the appointment issued in favour of the respondent no.4.

Perusal of the pleadings of the return filed by the State authorities Annexure R-1 would show that the said order of appointment of respondent no.4 has since been cancelled. 3.

In the light of the same, the writ petition renders infructuous.

Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
