1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the offence has been registered against Respondent No.5, but has not been arrested.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the Superintendent of Police of concerned District and the concerned SP will look into the representation of petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
