2. The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 13.07.2021 sent by First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) requesting for extension of further time for disposal of the case.

3. On 14.01.2021 in the case of the petitioner passed in CRMP No. 02/2021 this Court had extended the time for the period of six months as prayed in PUD dated 15.12.2020 by First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) to conclude the trial of the main petition filed under section 125 Cr.P.C. By this PUD dated 13.07.2021, the Court below informed that the trial has not been concluded within the

prescribed time limit on account of Lockdown and prayed for further time for concluding the trial.

4. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, six months further time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. The concerned Judge is directed to make all endeavour for disposal of the case within time.
