This appeal is again listed before this Court in pursuance to observation made in the judgment dated 06/09/2019 directing the Superintendent of Police, Durg to hold an enquiry about whereabouts of the English Gun, the licence of which was revoked and that proceeding was contested up to writ appeal.

In pursuance to the observation made in judgment dated 06/09/2019, the Deputy Inspector General-cum-Senior Superintendent of Police submitted

its report dated 18/11/2019 mentioning that the said English Gun was not deposited in Police Station by any Police Officer or employee at any Police Station of Durg District. It is mentioned that the allegation is against one Mr. Rajput (B.B.S. Rajput) who after his retirement breath his last on 18/07/2013.
