This is second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC. 2.

Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to examine the prosecution witness Kanti Bai Sahu as soon as possible. 3.

Accordingly the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is further directed to examine the prosecution witness Kanti Bai Sahu as soon as possible if prosecution is inclined to examine her as prosecution witness.
