Judgment on Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 09/09/2015 1.
The present appeal arises from order dated 27.8.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (C) No. 1494 of 2015 holding that the question for permission by the Respondent-University of lesser seats than that permitted by the AICTE could not be gone into because the last date of admission expired on 15 of August, as laid down in (2013) 3 SCC 385 (Parshvanath Charitable Trust v. All India Council for Technical Education).
2.
In view of the observation and direction contained in paragraph 41 to 43 of Parshvanath Charitable Trust (supra), we find no error in the order of the Learned Single Judge. It is for the Appellants to do some soul searching why they lost valuable time in the process.
3.
The writ appeal is dismissed.
