2. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that as of now the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may approach the respondents by making a representation and the authorities concerned in turn may consider and decide the same on its own merits.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents for ventilating his grievance.
