Heard counsel for the Petitioners, counsel for the private Respondent as well as Additional Advocate General for the State. 2.

One of the reason why this Court is inclined to dismiss this writ application is that not only there is lack of proper pleadings as to how the father of the so-called candidate is aggrieved without indicating as to what was the rank and position in terms of merit of his son and whether

he was eligible in the very first place to be given admission under the management quota is not pleaded or urged.

Vires of a Rule cannot be challenged in such a cursory and casual manner.
