Agrawal Order On Board 05/07/2018 (1) By the order 21/22.02.2017, the Respondents- South Eastern Coalfields Limited (henceforth "SECL") has rejected the representation of the petitioner holding that his land has not been acquired by the SECL, against which instant writ petition has been filed questioning the same.

(2) Since it is categorical finding recorded by the SECL that the petitioner's land has not been acquired, the petitioner is liberty to approach before the jurisdictional civil Court establishing his right and to prove the fact that his has been acquired.
