Learned counsel for the applicant at the outset prays that the matter may be disposed of by issuing a direction to the Court below to dispose of the matter within the stipulated period as deemed it fit by the Court.

Perused the record of the MCC.

On due consideration, the prayer made in this behalf is appropriate.

Consequently, the same is allowed.

The instant MCC is hereby disposed of. The trial Court i.e. Judge, Family Court Surguja at Ambikapur (CG) is hereby directed to dispose of the mater as expeditiously as possible within 6 months from the next date of hearing.

Copy of the order be sent to the Court below. The applicant may also file the certified copy of this order before the Court below for compliance.

The MCC stands disposed of.
