1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that as he had already filed a TPC No. 68/2015 (Dr. Chouleshwar Chandrakar -v- Smt. Seema Chandrakar) for transfer of Civil Suit No. 5A/2014 (Seema Chandrakar -v- Dr. Chouleshwar Chandrakar) presently pending before the Judge, Family Court, Janjgir Champa therefore, as alternative remedy is available before this Court under the provisions of Section 24 of the C.P.C. he does not want to prosecute the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn without appreciation on merit.

2. As alternative remedy is available to the present petitioner to raise all the grounds of this petition in the said transfer petition civil bearing T.P.C. No. 68/2015 the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdraw without entering into the merit of the case.
