The present writ appeal arises from a common order dated 6.5.2015 disposing Writ Petition (S) No. 1727 of 2015 and analogous cases, including Writ Petition (S) No. 1724 of 2015. 4.

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the present writ appeal may be disposed in terms of order dated 29.7.2015 in Writ Appeal Nos. 364 of 2015 and 365 of 2015 followed in Writ Appeal No. 528 of 2015.
