(2) This application has been preferred for correction of the date of initial appointment mentioned in para 2 of the order passed by this Court on 22.09.2015 in W.P.(S) No.295 of 2014. (3) Perusal of the writ petition particularly the relief clause 10.1 would indicate that the petitioner has mentioned her initial date of

appointment as "16.08.1988", however, by inadvertence, the said date has been mentioned in the order passed by this Court as "16.08.1998". (4) On due consideration, the prayer for correction of date of initial appointment in para 2 of the order , is allowed. (5) Accordingly, it is directed that the date of initial appointment mentioned in para 2 of the order dated 22.09.2015 in W.P.(S) No.295 of 2014 be read as "16.08.1988" in place of "16.08.1998". (6) Consequently, the MCC stands disposed of.
