Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 03/11/2015 (1) Cancellation of petitioner's appointment dated 23.05.2008 was set aside by the Commissioner, Bastar Division, by order dated 8.7.2010. Respondent No. 4-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, North Bastar preferred appeal thereagainst before the State Government.

(2) The State Government, by its order dated, 28.4.2011 dismissed the appeal. Thereafter, respondent No. 4- Chief Executive

Officer, Zila Panchayat, North Bastar preferred revision before the State Government and that was also dismissed by order dated 29.02.2012.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that inspite of the order of cancellation of appointment has been set aside by Commissioner, petitioner has not been given appointment by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, North Bastar, Kanker. (4) In view of statement made by counsel for the petitioner, respondent No. 4- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, North Bastar, Kanker is directed to consider the case of the petitioner as the cancellation of petitioner's appointment has been set aside by the Additional Commissioner, Bastar and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
