1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.61/2020 registered in Police Station: Batauli, District Surguja for offence under Sections 341, 294, 323, 307, 34 of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. While rejecting the first bail application, liberty was reserved to revive the prayer after examination of both the injured persons, however, they have not yet been examined before the trial Court.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

4. It is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty reserved earlier shall remain intact.
