Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No.2/Executive Engineer, Public Health and Engineering, Sub Division Kanker for correction in the service book, which is pending consideration before the competent authority, which may be directed to be decided by the competent authority. 2.

The respondent No.2 is directed to take a decision on the representation already pending and additional representation, if any, made by

the petitioner within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
