1. This is third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.12.2018 by this Court in MCRC No. 7989 of 2018, second bail application was also dismissed as withdrawn on 01.04.2019 by this Court in MCRC No.821 of 2019.

3. Counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this bail petition.
