1. This is the Fourth Bail Application filed by the Applicant under Section 439 of Cr. P.C.

2. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 01.02.2019.

3. Second bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive after four months if trial is not concluded vide order dated 25.11.2019.

4. Third bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive after six months if trial is not concluded vide order dated 22.06.2020.

5. Since, six months have not been passed therefore, this instant application is dismissed at motion stage itself.

6. Counsel for the Applicant is directed to comply with the Hon'ble Court's order dated 22.06.2020.
