1. The instant petition is filed only with a limited prayer that on a complaint filed by the petitioner, a report from the police was called by the JMFC, Bilaspur, however, despite one year has passed the said report is still awaited.
2. Perused the order-sheet of the Court below wherein the complaint has been filed shows that the JMFC by order dated 12.04.2017 asked for the police report but it is still awaited. Taking into such fact, the State counsel, who is present in the Court is directed to expedite the matter and the police may file the report within a further period of 3 months before the Court below.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of this order to the SHO of the concerned Police Station i.e. Civil Lines Bilaspur for compliance of the same.
3. With such observation, the CRMP stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
