1. The instant petition is against the dismissal of the petitioner from the post of Patwari on the basis of the conviction made by the JMFC, Sakti in criminal case No.682/2015 by judgment dated 22.12.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred

a criminal revision bearing CRR No.1611 of 2019 against such conviction before this Court, therefore, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to prefer the petition as and when the criminal revision No.1611/2019 is decided on merits.

3. In view of such submission, without any observation to the right of the State, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn as of now with the liberty aforesaid. SD/Sd/-/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
