1. In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Regional Transport Authority, Bilaspur granting regular stage carriage permit to respondent No.3 and temporary permit to respondent No.4.

2. The order under challenge is appealable before the State Transport

Appellate Tribunal. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer duly constituted appeal before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal.
