The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.153/2020, registered at Police Station Saraypali, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (R) of IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The prosecutrix appears through Video Conferencing Centre, Mahasamund and objects to the applicant's prayer for grant of

bail.

After arguing for sometime, Shri Sunil Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
