Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for reconsideration of the order dated 02.02.2016 is pending consideration before the State Government that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

Prayer is fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and

dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
