(C) No. 3446 of 2017 dated 15.12.2017, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondent -Engineer-in-Chief, Public Works Department to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 15.12.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 3446 of 2017.

(3) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the respondent authority and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 15.12.2017 in its letter and spirit.
