2. Counsel for the applicants submitted that they want to withdraw their respective bail petitions. They prayed that time may be framed for conclusion of the trial.
3. In view of above, the instant bail petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send a copy of this Court to the trial Court immediately.
