1. This petition has been brought under Article 227 Constitution of India with a limited prayer for issuance of direction to the learned Family Court for the expeditious disposal of the Civil Suit No.247/2017.

2. The petitioner has filed a Civil Suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act praying for decree of divorce on 28.04.2017 and that divorce petition is still pending.

3. Considering the length of pendency of this Civil Suit, this petition is disposed off and the learned Family Court is directed to expeditiously dispose off the Civil Suit filed by the petitioner preferably within a period of three months.
