Agrawal Order On Board 18/11/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order of transfer, the petitioner has made representation , which has been recommended by the Collector & Chief Medical Office but on such recommendation, no decision has been taken by

respondent No.1/State Government and, therefore, he may be permitted to file representation to the State Government along with the copy of recommendation made by Collector & Chief Medical Officer.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file representation along with copy of recommendation to the respondent No.1 within one month from today, who in turn shall decide the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously. (4) It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion upon the merits of the case and the authorities concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation strictly in accordance with law.
