Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by order dated 08/09/2015, the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School Lakhmaisatti to Government Primary School Ahilda. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that husband of the petitioner is also working as Assistant Teacher Panchayat and as per policy of State Government, both are entitled to be posted at the same place. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submit that she be permitted to make representation before the respondents No.2 and 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the respondents No.2 and 3 within a period of 20 days from today, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
