Respondent 20/06/2016 Shri Sarfaraj Khan, counsel for the petitioner, submits that during pendency of this petition before this Court, the original case before the Family Court, Raipur has been settled amicably between the parties and on the basis of which, the proceedings in case No.258/2016 pending before the Family Court have been closed.

In the light of submission made by the counsel for the petitioner and also on perusal of the order sheet dated 01.06.2016 passed by the Family Court in case No. 258/2016 closing the case, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
