Heard on I.A. No.1 for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.
On due consideration and for the reason stated in the application, the delay of 253 days in filing the MCC is condoned.
This MCC has been preferred for restoration of Second Appeal No.152/97 which was dismissed for want of prosecution.
After going through the application which is supported by an affidavit, in my opinion reasonable grounds are made out for restoration.
Accordingly, MCC is allowed.
The order dated 04/02/2015 is recalled.
Second Appeal No.152/97 is restored to its original number.
