1. Heard.

2. The subject property was acquired in the year 1975-76. At that time, name of the Trust "Thakur Ram Chandra Swami Dudhadhari Matth Trust" was recorded as owner in all the revenue records.

3. The present petition has been preferred by one of the trustees of the above Trust and not by the Trust itself, who is the owner of the property, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable in its present format.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
