Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/05/2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to expeditiously conclude the trial. Prayer is not opposed.

This petition pertains to challenge to the order passed by the appellate authority in the matter of grant of temporary injunction not interfered with. However, the Trial Court shall do well to conclude the trial as early as possible. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
