1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made representation for resolving the dispute on 12.2.2018 before the respondents, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make fresh representation before respondent No.2 with regard to payment of lease premium & other grievances within 7 days from today and their grievances shall be considered by respondent No.2 within a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
