This transfer petition has been filed by the wife for transfer of Case No.118-A of 2015 pending before the Learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg to Family Court, Korba, District Korba. 2.

The undisputed facts are that the Petitioner was married to Respondent who filed a petition for grant of divorce in the Court of Learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg. The wife has a small child of three years. It is difficult for her to travel with her three years aged child from Korba to Durg. 3.

Despite notice none has appeared on behalf of the Respondent to oppose the petition.

Therefore, it is directed that Case No.118-A of 2015 be transferred from the Court of Learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg to Family Court, Korba, District Korba.
